This includes items from the foundation to the roof, from floor to floor, window to window, and all the systems and elements we use in the comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of the home. The impartial inspection of the overall condition of the home will identify the items and systems in need of repair or replacementd as well as identify safety concerns regarding the operation or maintenance of systems. If a problem is found, your inspection report will provide specific recommendations for further evaluation by a licensed technician or engineer.
