Prices
The inspection
fees are derived from the square footage of the house, its age, location,
type of structure, and the additional services requested. A basic inspection
for most homes up to 1800 square feet of living area is $180 and slightly
more for larger or older homes. The inspection covers the foundation,
beams, support columns, sub-floor, roof structure and covering, walls,
doors, windows, floors, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling system,
and key appliances.
Our Price Schedule for 2004 below is not only very competitive but of
value to the person wanting to know the condition of the house prior to
its sale, purchase, or for periodic maintenance purposes.
